A picturesque Yorkshire village, a beautiful couple, a fun set of friends and family, plus the unpredictable English summer weather = an epic wedding day! Kate and Jim held their wedding day in the village of Thorner, just outside Leeds, West Yorkshire, with the ceremony in the village church, and reception in a marquee in the grounds of a family friends house in the village. The weather wasn’t very kind to us with non-stop rain from morning to sunset but it didn’t stop everyone smiling throughout, it would take a lot to dampen the spirits of these two and their friends!
On the morning I dropped Lucy my second shooter for the day off with Jim and his groomsmen at Hazlewood Castle, and I headed off to Kate’s mums house in Thorner.
The beautiful church and marquee flowers were provided by Allison at Wild Floral Couture
